$250 Voucher Competition - Terms & Conditions

1. Eligibility: The competition is open to legal residents of the United States of America only. Employees of Milton & King and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.
2. Prize Description: The prize for this competition is a $250 voucher applicable towards the purchase of Non-Woven Wallpaper from Milton & King. Please note that the voucher excludes fabric and grasscloth wallpapers.
   Competition Start Date: The competition commences on Sunday, 24th December 2023.
3. Prize Drawing Date: The prize winner will be randomly chosen on Wednesday, 31st January 2024, at midday (12:00 PM CST).
   Location of Drawing: The prize drawing will take place at the Milton & King showroom located in Dallas, Texas.
4. Winner Notification: The winner will be notified via email within 48 hours of the random selection. Additionally, the winner’s name will be announced on Milton & King’s official Instagram page
5. Claiming the Prize: The winner must respond to the winner notification email within seven (7) days of notification. Failure to respond within this timeframe may result in forfeiture of the prize, and another winner may be selected.
6. Publicity Release: By participating in the competition, the winner agrees to allow Milton & King to use their name and likeness for promotional purposes without any additional compensation, except where prohibited by law.
   Odds of Winning: The odds of winning a prize cannot be determined because the total number of entries is not known.
7. General Conditions: Milton & King reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the competition at any time for any reason. The decision of Milton & King regarding the selection of the winner shall be final and binding in all matters related to the competition.
8. Compliance with Texas Drawing Regulations: This competition complies with Texas drawing regulations and is conducted in accordance with applicable laws. By participating in this competition, entrants agree to abide by these rules and acknowledge that the winner will be chosen at random.
