UP&Co. is an award winning full service design and construction studio. We are experts in interior and architectural design for residential, commercial and hospitality projects. We lean on a modern and neutral tendency, complemented with textures and warmth to allow the spaces to remain inviting. Our goal is to ensure your spaces are an extension of you and a reflection of your lifestyle!

We are Judith and Dustin DeMasters. We met back in architecture school, and after graduating, we each fell into different branches within the industry: Dustin was always in construction and project management, and I focused on design and estimating.

After 9 years of talking about our days and projects, we were finally given the opportunity to match our talents and develop our first project together: from the very first line drawn, through construction, up to the last brick mortared! Then the next project came, and another, and so on… until we officially started a design-build studio we called “Up & Coming” in reference to a new team on the rising, unique ideas, growth, and new development in the city we love.

Today, after almost a decade in the industry, we offer interior design, architectural design and construction services. This is us, with our little crew of a free spirited boy, a baby girl and pup. We are very grateful to be able to wake up every morning to do what we love, and hopefully we get to share it with you!
