Susan Jenkins began her career in Interior Design over 15 years ago. She has a BS in International Business and Marketing from The Pennsylvania State University and her Associates Degree from Palomar College, San Diego, one of the top design schools on the West Coast. ​ While in San Diego, Susan worked for the prestigious firm, Interspec, and was part of a team that designed high-end, coastal residential homes throughout Southern California. Her husband’s career in the sale of luxury master-planned communities took their family to multiple destinations across the nation. Susan had the unique advantage of being able to hone her craft by witnessing the work of some of the best designers, builders and architects within these communities. Much of her design inspiration comes from developments such as Santaluz (San Diego, CA), The Peninsula Club (Lake Norman, NC), Silverleaf (Scottsdale, AZ), and now The Grove (College Grove, TN). Having an understanding of these regional design elements makes Susan’s personal style a reflection of her “East meets West” journey.
