Wallpaper Calculator

At Milton & King we are driven to help all wallpaper lovers achieve installation success. From the DIY handyman to the seasoned professional, our easy to use calculator is the trusted tool of many.

Working out how much wallpaper you will require is actually rather simple. To start, first measure your wall(s) by the width and the height, measuring from the skirting to the ceiling cornice (if you have one). You can use either metric or imperial units.

The next step is to enter the pattern repeat. The repeat figure is listed on the page of your design choice where available and relates to how many times the full pattern is repeated over the length of the roll. It sounds a little daunting, but don’t worry we have done all the head scratching for you.

Once your figures are entered, click on the estimate quantity button. This will tell you how many rolls you’ll need for each wall and will incorporate both the repeat in the measurement as well as wastage. Repeat this for each wall in the room and simply add the amount of rolls together to see how much wallpaper you need to order.
